Xenab Malik is a Pakistani visual designer and artist based in Athens, Ohio, pursuing her MFA in Graphic Design at Ohio University. Her practice moves between graphic design, illustration, and visual art, exploring cultural identity, feminism, and the ways visual communication can challenge dominant narratives and create space for marginalized voices. Drawing from her South Asian heritage and professional experience, she works across branding, UI design, illustration, and socially engaged projects. Her current MFA thesis, Her’d, reimagines Pakistani truck art through a feminist lens, using familiar cultural imagery, typography, and ornament to explore women’s autonomy, resistance, and representation.
